You may use BuildFlow-CM only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with the Terms of Service.
You must not
- access another account, company, project, or system without authorization;
- upload drawings, specifications, photos, personal data, or other material you lack the right to use or share;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights;
- send spam, deceptive invitations, harassment, threats, or unlawful communications;
- introduce malware, probe security, bypass access controls, scrape the service, or interfere with availability;
- reverse engineer or copy protected portions of the service except where law expressly permits;
- use AI features to produce unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, unsafe, or misleading content;
- treat generated output as a substitute for required professional judgment, code review, field verification, or safety procedures; or
- use the service for high-risk automated decisions about individuals without lawful authority and meaningful human review.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit features, suspend access, preserve evidence, or contact appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary. We will consider context and severity where practicable.
