1. Card-required 14-day trial
Eligible new customers may receive a 14-day trial. A valid payment card is required to begin. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and the payment method on file will be charged.
2. Subscription charges
Subscription fees are billed in advance on the billing cycle shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes. Prices, plan limits, and included features are disclosed at purchase and may change for a future billing period after reasonable notice.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel through the account billing controls or by contacting support@buildflowcm.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Cancel before the trial expires to avoid the first charge.
4. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, plan downgrades, or failure to cancel before a renewal or trial conversion, unless required by applicable law.
5. Failed payments and plan changes
We may retry a failed payment, suspend paid features, or terminate access after reasonable notice. Upgrades may take effect immediately and downgrades generally take effect at the next renewal. Any checkout-specific terms displayed when you order form part of this policy.
6. Payment processor
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. BuildFlow-CM generally does not receive or store full card numbers. Payment-provider terms and privacy practices also apply.
