BuildFlow-CM and BuildFlow Drawings are software tools intended to help customers organize and operate construction work more easily and efficiently. They do not advise users how to design, engineer, build, price, schedule, supervise, or perform construction. THESQUARE.NYC CORP. is not acting through the services as your architect, engineer, contractor, attorney, accountant, insurer, safety consultant, code official, or other licensed professional.
Drawings, measurements, and takeoffs
Measurements, scales, quantities, takeoffs, annotations, comparisons, and drawing-derived results may be incomplete or inaccurate because of source quality, scale settings, revisions, user input, or software limitations. Verify all critical information against current contract documents, field conditions, manufacturer requirements, and qualified professional review before ordering, pricing, fabricating, scheduling, or building.
AI-generated output
AI features may generate incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or fabricated content. Output is not authoritative and must receive appropriate human review. Do not rely on AI output for life-safety decisions, structural adequacy, code compliance, legal rights, payment entitlement, or regulatory submissions.
Estimates and project controls
Budgets, estimates, forecasts, schedules, risk indicators, and reports are informational tools, not guarantees of cost, profitability, payment, completion, or performance. Users remain responsible for assumptions, source data, approvals, notices, deadlines, and contractual obligations.
AI estimates and mandatory verification
AI-generated estimates and takeoffs are preliminary and may contain errors, omissions, incorrect quantities, or inaccurate pricing. BuildFlow-CM does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. AI output does not replace professional estimating judgment.
Required estimator review before submission
Before submitting, sending, or relying on any estimate, takeoff, bid, or proposal generated in whole or in part using AI, Customer must ensure that a qualified estimator reviews and verifies all quantities, measurements, drawing references, scope, labor, materials, equipment, pricing, calculations, assumptions, and exclusions against the applicable project documents and conditions.
Customer is responsible for correcting identified errors and approving the final estimate or proposal. An AI confidence score, automated verification status, or approval control does not replace this required human review or constitute independent verification by BuildFlow-CM.
Responsibility for unverified submissions
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BuildFlow-CM and THESQUARE.NYC CORP. are not liable for losses arising from Customer’s failure to perform the required review and verification before submitting, sending, or relying on an estimate or proposal. This provision is subject to the limitations of liability in the Terms of Service and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Safety and site conditions
The services do not inspect jobsites or control means, methods, sequences, precautions, personnel, or site safety. Follow applicable laws, plans, specifications, safety programs, and directions from responsible professionals and authorities.
